In brief

A useful price comparison starts with the same brief. Separate one-time design and development from hosting, maintenance and future changes.

Define the job of the website

Decide which visitor action matters most: a quote request, booking, application or direct contact. Then list the information needed before that action. A single complex booking feature can require more work than several information pages.

Account for content and language

Clarify who supplies text, photography, references and translations. Each language needs its own review and URLs. “Content included” is too vague for a comparable offer.

Compare the same deliverables

Ask each provider to price the same page list, functionality, review rounds and launch checks. Keep recurring services separate.
