Email delivery: Form messages pass through the Brevo SMTP relay to our Gmail inbox. Brevo receives the message and delivery data needed for transmission. Provider information: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/.

2. Website access and hosting: This site runs on Spaceship hosting. Technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser details may be passed to the host and processed in server logs for secure delivery and troubleshooting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are removed under the host’s operational deletion periods unless needed to investigate a security incident. Provider information: spaceship.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

3. Contact and form: When you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information needed to answer you. The form sends your name, email address, selected topic and message by SMTP to a Google Gmail inbox. The basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual requests and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise. Requests are kept while needed for a response and related correspondence, subject to statutory retention duties. WhatsApp is an external service opened only when you select its link.

4. AI chat: When you use the assistant, your message and up to six preceding conversation items are sent through our server to the OpenAI API to generate an answer. Do not enter sensitive data, passwords or payment information. Chat history stays in browser memory for the current session; we do not save it in our own database. API requests disable response-state storage (store: false). OpenAI may retain API data for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days under its current policies and does not use it for model training by default. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). 5. Device preferences and analytics: Your chosen light/dark appearance and chat-icon position may be stored locally in your browser to provide those requested functions (German TDDDG § 25(2) no. 2). We currently use no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or newsletter tracking. These local preferences are not sent to us.

6. Recipients and international transfers: Hosting, email and AI providers may process data on our behalf or independently. Google and OpenAI may process data outside the EEA, particularly in the US; consult their privacy notices for current safeguards. External project, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp links transfer you to those operators only when clicked.

7. Your rights: Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You may object on grounds relating to your situation to processing based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), and withdraw consent with future effect where consent applies. Contact webmitki@gmail.com.

8. Complaints: You may complain to a data protection authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden (datenschutz.hessen.de). We update this notice when our services or processing change.
